During my years of competing I had opportunities to race and work abroad. At the tender age of 17 I went
to Scandinavia to work as an activities coordinator at the Finish Institute of Sport; this led to further work
at the Swedish Institute of Sport as a corporate team building instructor. During this time I completed
an International Sports Management award, and had the chance to meet people from all over the world.

Throughout my times of travel, competition and life I have maintained my desire for Education. This desire
and willingness to succeed has led me to acquire two degrees from the top two sporting Universities in the country, plus numerous coaching and management qualifications. I have had a sports scholarship from
Leeds Carnegie and am now embarking upon the most exciting chapter of my life.

I am currently teaching at a secondary school where team work and group cohesion is essential. 
I face daily challenges like no others, yet to teach is to learn twice and this is what I am doing. 
I coach one of the countries top middle distance runners and Gladiators contestant.
I am also head coach to a promotion winning national rugby team.

Here at PodWork I can work with my TriPod, a group of three who offer such
different attributes yet who function with such great fluency and harmony.
