Born on 13/03/1984 - Leeds UK

Sport was a big interest of mine as a child, playing sports gave me a sense of glory
and pride, I joined in with every sport that you could imagine, but I found that my
real passion was running. At the age of 10 I found that I had a great natural
talent in Cross-country and developed into one of the elite runners for my
age always aspiring to win and succeed.

At the Age of 18 I studied at Park Lane College gaining a National Diploma in Sport. 
This was a great period of time in my life, I gained a new pod of friends who shared
the same views and aspirations as I did. I realised that I had found another real
thirst for education and knowledge towards coaching, fitness and people skills. 
The next path that I chose was a role within personal development and
fitness, so I decided at the age of 20 to join the Royal Air Force as
a Physical Training Instructor.
